Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Instant Digital Delivery

All paid services offered on navamsaprediction.com are digital products and services generated dynamically in real-time. Once you complete the payment of ₹19, the full astrological analysis report is instantly rendered and displayed on your browser screen.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital reports and calculations, all transactions are final, and we do not offer standard refunds or order cancellations. Once the planetary computation has run and the report is delivered to your device, the service is considered fully rendered.

3. Technical Exceptions & Resolution

If you encounter a technical issue during the checkout process (for example, if money was deducted from your bank account/UPI but the page failed to reload or unlock your full report), we will resolve it immediately.

In such scenarios:

• Please contact us via email at navamsaprediction@gmail.com.
• Provide the email address or phone number used during checkout, and a copy of the payment receipt/transaction ID from Razorpay or your UPI app.
• Upon verification, we will either manually email you your complete PDF/HTML report within 24 hours, or process a full refund to your original payment source.

4. Cancellation of Request

Since reports are computed and delivered immediately upon payment completion, there is no window for cancellation before delivery. We advise you to double-check your birth details (date, exact time, and birth location) on the input form before initiating the payment.
