2. Service Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any paid chart readings or reports on this Site. By entering your details and initiating a payment, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Payments and Delivery

Access to the full astrological report requires a one-time fee of ₹19 (inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees). Payments are securely processed via Razorpay. Upon successful payment verification, the full report is immediately rendered and displayed on your screen. You are responsible for saving or bookmarking your unique report page to access it in the future.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the owners, developers, or affiliates of this Site be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to us (capped at ₹19).

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
